My mission is simple - to support the mental health workforce and the organizations they serve — helping professionals lead well and live balanced.
Growing up, my grandmother would always say, "stop and think" or "think, think, think" (Frankie, 1945 - 2001). She emphasized that you should listen first, then think about the process before responding or acting. Sometimes, we are too fast to act or react in the moment without thinking, planning, which can cause unexpected outcomes.
